TripWizard helps travelers request and book tours, transfers, and trip-planning services in Turkey. Availability is subject to operational capacity, weather conditions, route restrictions, and supplier confirmation where relevant.

Submitting a booking through TripWizard means you are providing accurate traveler, timing, and contact details. We may contact you if we need to confirm, adjust, or clarify part of the service before travel.

Prices shown on the site are presented in EUR unless stated otherwise. Certain routes, extras, or add-ons may affect the final booking amount and will be shown during the booking flow whenever available.

Unless a different payment instruction is clearly communicated, TripWizard bookings do not require prepayment. For supported services, payment is completed on arrival or according to the final confirmation shared by our team.

Customers should request any change or cancellation through TripWizard support, ideally via WhatsApp or the support channel included in the booking confirmation. Self-serve cancellation is not currently provided.

TripWizard may cancel or amend a service when safety, supplier constraints, route closures, or force majeure events make the original booking impossible or materially unsafe to operate.

Travelers are responsible for providing valid names, contact details, pickup information, and any required flight or passport details. Inaccurate booking data can affect service delivery.

Travelers should be ready at the agreed pickup point on time and follow reasonable local guidance from the assigned driver, guide, or TripWizard support team.

All site content, including editorial guides, tour descriptions, visual assets, and brand materials, belongs to TripWizard or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may use site content for personal trip planning, but you may not reproduce, scrape, redistribute, or republish it commercially without prior written approval.
